We all take certain physical and cognitive abilities for granted, but for some,
even the most basic skills can seem daunting.

Why BCAUS Fitness?

Imagine the difference in our special needs children’s lives when they can ride a bike, throw and catch a ball, and interact better with others.

For our seniors, what can be more important than sharper thinking, mobility and strength?

For our athletes, a documented training program of properly performed, safely progressed, strength building exercises are a must.

Indeed, the well-established benefits of strength training and proper nutrition for everyone include better performance, sharper mental acuity, better mood, and improved health.

BCAUS Fitness can help those of all abilities lead happier, healthier lives through its proprietary program of balance, coordination, useful strength training and nutrition counseling.
